If you listen to Penn Jillette's radio show on Free FM, you may have heard about this.
There's an organization called
Mybillofrights.org whose mission is basically to put up a monument displaying the Bill of Rights on the capital grounds in every state in America-- for a start. Then they aim to place them everywhere the 10 Commandments are currently displayed on public grounds-- courthouses and, I would imagine, some schools.
They're accepting contributions only from individuals, and nothing over $250, because they want the project to represent an awakening among Americans to the importance of their rights.
