It was very good for a first time.  I'm impressed.  The thugs with badges joke missed the mark even if you had a specialized cop-hating audience.  All the rest was good.  The Obama joke worked.  I don't care what the others said about it.  Don't quit your day job... yet.

Yeah, The obama joke did work when I told it to a bunch of republicans at a restaurant I was working in yesterday...  But I am presenting it better....  I've done a total of 4 open mikes this week, and some of these jokes are getting better as I get more comfortable on the mike.  I actually did an artist spoken word open mike that is held once a month at an art gallery.  They say if you have 20% laughing, you are doing good...  the front of the room was dead wuit, the back of the room was  laughing...   The dungeons and dragons things got laughs that night also...  it really depends on the audience...  now it's time to start getting vicious against the man again...

I had not had the opportunity to see my favorite comedian Emo philips since the early 90's and I ended up finding him doing some topical stuff from last year....  he still looks the same, but with grey hair...  it's just topical, current event type stuff...  not his show.
