My God you libertarians suck at protests. This was more spontaneous stupidity designed to antagonize the cops so these amateurs could scream "ATTICA" to bewildered tourists and their nosepicking cowardly cameramen. You need to go into these things with a gameplan. If it were me I would have had the primary actors chain themselves to Jefferson with the Bill of Rights pinned to their chest with your frontman on a megaphone reading out key passages of the patriot act while the cops try to unhook them. If your going to get arrested with all the trimmings (and I've had my fair share of knees pressed on the back of my neck) do it with flair.

Also I would have live webcast it then put it on YouTube.
