My column on Sam is the second most visited on Nolan Chart in the last two days, and the most popular in the last two days (more people gave me thumbs up in the last two days than any other article on the site)

I made some updates and corrections to it.

My article, as far as I have been able to ascertain, is spot on. Sam had (he's been booked, so it's old news) the right to a speedy trial and to legal council only if he abandoned his right to remain silent. Apparently, in Keene, you don't have all three rights. You either have the one, and not the other two, or you have the other two and not the one.

This isn't goulags and gas-chambers type tyranny, but it is tyranny all the same.

Keep on licking the government's ass crack, Evil Muppet. Soon enough, you'll get something out of it.

He abandoned the right to remain silent almost immidiatlely, when he started screaming.

Did he ever tell the cops that it was his bracelet he was screaming about, cus from what I heard, it didn't should like he did. He was just screaming like a two year old that doesn't say why they are screaming and just expects others to figure it out.
