Well most of us don't have REAL ID's, but I think they're just trying to stay legal so they don't get shut down while they're trying to arm the populace. Of course I don't know much about this, just what I read on that (too long) page. But I think they mean well.

I spent 3 months there, Why would that make me delusional or psychopathic? Several of my friends have gone too. I plan on going again this winter or next summer. It's a great place to have a good time on vacation, Israelis really know how to party. In Israel you go out at 11ish, party all night and come home at sunrise, everyone (who isn't an asshole) can definitely have a fun time there.

The Israeli military/government are amongst the most amoral / criminally negligent group of paid killers in the world. There's a huge record of their military members being completely unaccountable for killing innocent people and 3rd party non combatants. In the 2006 Lebanon invasion there was a huge amount of indiscriminate destruction. Billions of dollars of destruction to roads, bridges, power plants, hospitals, residential areas, multiple counts of Israeli military killing UN peacekeepers and medics, and all to ostensibly "rescue" 2 kidnapped soldiers.
Collective punishment is just a really dumb immoral idea, and the Israeli government engage in it more than nearly any other government in the world.
Generally it's just a scummy place.
Now not that alot of the people Israel claim to go after aren't scummy people either, but Israel only kill about 20 militants / terrorists for every 80 innocent people they kill, and even if there where huge amounts of Israeli casualties from terrorism (which there aren't) it still wouldn't excuse the level of indiscriminate killing and collective punishment. You don't get to wall millions of people into an area just because some violent people live there. I don't lose my rights just because there are murderous psychopaths living near me. The fact that most Israelis are completely complicit with the government abuse is what makes me not want to be around them.

When did I say jews are evil? Why has it got to be every time someone criticizes Israel that they are a crazy jew hater? I could bring up the fact that I have jewish relatives and that some of my relatives where killed for being jewish in Holland and Germany, but I shouldn't have to cop out to avoid being labeled as bigoted and racist. I didn't say shit about being jewish. What the Israeli government do is fucked up. As do most middle eastern governments, but I take a particular distaste to Israel because they get a heap of positive PR and legitimacy on the whole "our friends / not muslim crazy people in the middle east".

Amnesty international, UN, and Human rights have all documented the various abuses done by the Israeli government, and the billions of dollars worth of infrastructure destruction.
If you believe its okay to destroy someones hospital or a power plant because "some bad people" will benefit then you're either extremely immoral or extremely idiotic.
Same goes for building a massive wall and restricting the movement of millions of people to a tiny amount of checkpoints.
If this was the same thing going on in Zimbabwe or Sudan I would have reacted the same.

This program appears to be intended as a loss leader to get you to join and become a life member. At first I thought it seemed a little scammy, but if they've been around for 11 years doing this stuff and people are satisfied with the service enough to recommend it to friends and family they must be doing something right. Hell even In 2006, Mark Wahlberg attended sniper shooting classes at Front Sight to prepare for the 2007 movie Shooter[13].
