I thought you'd be sharing some new cooking tip.  I've often referred to condiments like mayo as food lubricants.

When I worked in the Food and Bev business we sold it.

I ate it and it was delicious.

The point about all the bacteria on the outside going to the inside is valid though.  You'd want to be sure and cook that more thoroughly that you would a typical steak.

Thank you non-Americans for trying to increase the taxes and regulation in the US.  I am thankful for your opinions but I disagree with your conclusions.

If someone's ripping you off, don't do business with them. I mean, Queensland Natural uses this as a selling point.

Yeah, I actually heard about it from someone on here. anarchir I think it was. Pretty good common sense stuff on there, without all the crazy ass conspiracy and HARP/chemtrails weirdness.

I listen maybe a few times a week.

His bug out location is about 50 miles from where I live.  I doubt I have many original thoughts myself -
I like the podcast too so far.

He's no Jack Blood - thank you very much!

I'm pretty sure I know what the cuts of steak I buy look like--same thing for chicken parts and chops.  They're probably ripping off people who buy differently (or selling to restaurants who have ways to pass them off.)

When I worked in the Food and Bev business we sold it.

I ate it and it was delicious.

Think the issue is they're trying to pass it off as something more expensive than, say, something more like chipped beef.

What you got against Chipped Beef?

Beef glue IS crap.

If you want quality food at a restaurant, first ask for honesty from your server.  8 times out of 10 they'll tell you the truth about what they're selling if you ask.

If you find their response unbelievable or their acting terrible, then demand proof of product before you order/buy it.  You might seems like a dick, but that's the
only way to keep from eating overpriced garbage at unknown rest. establishments.

I've never felt the need myself, but know a friend in the oyster/shrimp business that demands to know the supplier/catcher of the "local" crustaceans they claim to sell.

He's one of the only rest. consumers I know that demand quality food, most fat fucked Americans don't care if it's CoRexit Gulf Shrimp or Chinese Pond Shrimp so long as it is cheap.
