9 measly inches of snow and my outbound envelope is not outbound, it's just sitting there. If I didn't fear government retaliation I'd write a letter to my mail person explaining that I don't really care, I'm not interested in paying someone to brave this weather for my low priority parcel when it will all be gone in a few days thus allowing them to deliver my mail much more efficiently if a few days later. It's just that I AM paying them anyway. They forcefully prevent me from choosing the slower cheaper option and then they still don't deliver.

The grapevine tells me KFOR channel 4 said that USPS told all trucks to RTB after a few got stuck. Can't find evidence of that anywhere other than the fact that no one I know in OKC got mail today.

no mail in Tahlequah, either! :x
Whats that motto they have? Rain, snow, or shine, always on time?
PS: please add commas and semicolons where necessary. It'd be much easier to read.
