Tunnel Rats: Like Saw, but held during the Vietnam War.
Inglorious Basterds: An excellent movie! Alternative history meant that unlike other war films, the ending could be anything!

Watched Bottle Shock yesterday while folding & ironing laundry.
One of those films you start watching because of _______ on the cast list, that turns out to be pretty darn good.
In this case, _________ was Alan Rickman and Bill Pullman.

Yep, got it from Netflix because of Rickman. While the ending was predictable, I thought getting there was fun.

The Wrester. The main character reminded me of Sweetums when he was running. Also, he should have died at the end. It actually would have been more epic.

I assume he didnt, because after he was looking like he was having a heart attack (like he did in the woods) he pulled through and was acting fine for awhile. No wincing or anything.  The whole jumping thing was cool, but I feel it would have been better if he actually fainted.

I saw Surrogates with the girlfriend the other night.  It was good, but not as good as I expected.  The obvious parallels to Second Life and the internets are obvious.  I enjoyed it though, there was some good action sequences and Bruce Willis is still an old badass.

It was good for an action movie, not so much for a sci-fi. Basically 2nd Life meets I Robot.  Zombieland looks fun.  I watched The Land that Time Forgot and giggled through it.

I saw Gamer which wasn't all that bad imo. Some bad acting and not enough character development.

Zombieland. A fun zombie movie. Exactly what it looks like from commercials.

Now to watch either Anonymous Rex (I like dinosaurs), Kat Williams Pimpadelic (he doesnt lie to his kid about Santa, and he is pretty wise), or 9 (I'm trying to find a decent version, usually animations come out great in pirated versions but this is too dark).

We watched a French film tonight: District B13, or Banlieue 13.  Not to be confused with District 9, it's about a ghetto war in Paris set in the future.  Lots of chasing, and guns, and jumping from buildings onto other buildings, with a definite anti-government element-- not to give too much away.  I dug it.
