"Hard Candy." Ellen Page shows that she is indeed a good actress. She's in just about every scene, and dominates the movie. (Not to mention the pedophile.)

Saw Quantum of Solace last night. It was very, very mediocre. Save your money and your time.

Watership Down is great. My kid is still a couple of years too young for it, but rest assured it's on the menu.

Also supremely recommended for kids: Mouse and Child.

Nice :)

I liked what I watched of Mouse and His Child, I'll have to watch it all wen I get a chance.

I guess I'll finally watch The Dark Knight.  I bought it on Amazon as a Christmas gift and they sent a code for a free viewing on Amazon On Demand.

That's what everyone says.  I figure I'll check it out if nothing else, to see what the hype is about.

Believe the hype.  To my recollection it is the only superhero movie to ever far exceed my expectations, and my expectations were high after seeing Batman Begins and hearing all of the hype.

We watched Iron Man last night.....I found it hilarious.  I'd thought it was a parody when I originally saw the preview for it, and after seeing the film I still think it's a parody.

I just watched "The Professional" on On-Demand.  It was actually really good, and impressive acting from a very young Natalie Portman.  It does, however, have some suspenseful, sudden violence which I'm not a big fan of.

Tonight was Hoffman's Potion

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0439611/

The original researchers review on LSD and it's uses as a tool rather than a toy. Good interviews with Hoffman and other researchers, and clips of Huxley, other users... and also Timothy Leary who is rightfully cast as the showman who contributed to LSDs decline and eventual outlawing.
