The person in question considers herself a female.  As for her argument, since she may not or doesn't have experiences in the related actions, it's completely valid to question her argument on that basis.

BJ called her a bitch.  Bitchy may describe someone that complains a lot.  Since she may be complaining and not doing, BJ picked a decent title.

Also, as a super activist, I take the opinions of other super activists above those that tend to be bitchy.  Maybe if she was the change she wants, her opinion would mean more to me.

I'm thankful for when you help me.  I don't discount all of your work.  However, Mark said I was one of the top three activists in NH.  The NHLA said I was the top activist in NH.
