South of the notches, low cost housing, not terrible property taxes, decent sized towns- I'd say

Thanks.  I've worked a lot on the FSP website.  I've written a lot of the reports and stuff.  Crazy thing is, I am heaily edioted.  They said my researchas is good but my spelling and grammer suck.
