Confirmed:

"Despite a spirited defense, Ian Freeman was found guilty of obstructing law enforcers as they were attempting to kidnap Heika Courser over a year ago. Judge Arnold sentenced Ian immediately to 90 days in a cage with 270 suspended if Ian behaves over the next two years. The judge refused Ian's request to remain free until his appeal is heard."

"Well, he stood in front a police car for a few seconds..."
not long after that:
"Ok, he kinda upped the ante and turned around and sat on the hood"
and then:
"Well, they didn't do anything to Meg cuz she's pretty. Of course they charge the big mouth, but not the pretty girl!"

Yeah he totally poked the bear.  It's not like he was wandering around minding his own business and they came up to him.  He put himself in front of the car with the intention of impeding it's movement.  If you're not prepared for them to go patriot act on your ass then don't do that.

says something about undermining confidence or bringing into question the legitimacy......  When I read it it was pretty clear that means me and definitely Ian and most anyone else that wants to do exactly that.  Undermine people's confidence in and have them question and even deny the legitimacy of the US government.  If they went that route it's not hard to say Ian does that shit and he was doing it when he sat on the car.  I'm happy it's just 3 months.

i was just thinking the other day that an arrest like this might be the thing i need to head to keene.  can someone convince me and/or donate a couch to crash on until i get thrown in jail?

What are you gonna go to jail for?

I need an instant customer base of 50 middle class homeowners and 2 rich ones with a couple of rent houses sprinkled around.  At this rate Keene will never be the place for me. 


No one in New Hampshire has ever given the slightest indication that they would help with that in any way whatsoever and I've been asking for 5 years.
