I've learned to plan for the munchies by deciding what I want to eat before I smoke. That way I don't eat insane things that will ruin my generally healthy diet or disturb me when I think back on them the following day.
I've never gotten into dog biscuits.
As a doctor (which I'm not), I recommend compensating for poor nutritional choices made under the influence of marijuana by occasionally making poor nutritional choices under the influence of MDMA. In my experience, that results in dancing instead of eating, which must be a good approach to dieting, right?
