Yeah, we had the ancient Greeks then we had Jesus, a step down if you ask me. I mean people make out Jesus is some great moral teacher, yet if you put him next some of philosophers of the ancient world, they'd eat him alive. In fact, he wasn’t even a thinker, never mind a great thinker. He was more of a plagiarist. Just take "Love thy neighbour as thyself", that actually comes from Leviticus 19:18 and not the uncreative mind of Jesus. Even his most famous rule, the golden one, was from the Jewish Talmud, specifically Sabbath 31.1.
