You are better off watching penn's version.  It has over 50 comediands doing the joke.  I still think gilbert godfried's version of the joke is the most vulgar and dirtiest out there.

Not trying to one-up Libman;  the link he provides is, indeed, the "best" or "worst" (depending on your view) version I've heard. I just find it interesting the different versions of this joke (I'm not particularly fond of the joke; I do appreciate its implications in the stand-up comedy culture.  Gilbert Gottfried apparently used a version of this to cover himself after telling a 9/11 joke soon after the incident).

Anyway, this version was mimed in public.

If I was doing this joke, it would involve a video-conference with the talent agent, so as not to distract the listener with the improbability of this all taking place uninterrupted.  In the background we can have a buffet table, a large black box that turns out to have grandpa and grandma for some nice necrophilia action, a rather well-supplied chemistry kit, surgical implements, several musical instruments, and of course duct tape.  Also the punchline would be... "Democrats"!

Sarah Silverman almost got sued for hers.

Gottfried's is good, though.

Many comedians consider Godfried the best comic out there. He can write comedy almost as fast as he can talk, and is the "go to guy" for short notice routines. Others are far more popular with the public, but most professional comics cite Godfried as the #1 talent. (Although, I am not a big fan.)
