Dragline, I know a hundred guys who do what you do.  I can take my pick with a range of price, quality, reliability, personability and more.  I use 2 mostly, one that does well above average work but is slow and expensive and one that builds "up" to code (translation: the minimum quality the law allows) fast and cheap.

I only know of one guy who can do what balloonguy does.
