Has anyone here ever heard of the Ginger Ninjas?
« on: April 22, 2009, 02:29:55 AM »

They are a Latin Rock band based out of somewhere in California.  The thing that makes them unique is that when they go on tour, they go on tour via bicycle, completely unsupported by a car.  Yes folks, they lug all their equipment on the bikes.  They even have some power generators that they connect to some bikes and generate all the power for their shows.  It's just crazy insane.

Well, it's how I plan on visiting the FSP next summer for porcfest.  Via bicycle.

You've gotta be in serious shape to be able to accomplish something like that.

I guess it helps that they have quite a few members in their band. It probably doesnt hurt their publicity by doing this either.
