But I do know he recently move to the Buffalo, NY area and bought a home....not in NH.

Yes, he lives in Buffalo because from the jobs he was seeking, that was the place that offered him the best job.  It is not very far from NH.  I'll be in Buffalo very soon, and the next day I'll be in NH.  He does not have to move to NH right away.  We are not even at 20,000 members yet.  Why would you expect him to move to NH today?  I cannot imagine what silly reason you will come up with this time.
Because a year ago Jason said he expected to be moving to NH.
Amanda said the same thing.
I guess some things are more important than freedom.
You are right, it is silly to believe anything those two say

The fact is, Jason move farther away from NH. Not that he visited NH very much when he lived in CT.

Do you know about Amanda Phillips, president of the FSP?

Did you know that I'm in the military?  Did you know that I have a leadership position?  Did you know that another FSP member that lives within 2 miles of my place used to be in the military?  Did you know that a FTL host almost joined?  What does all of this mean?  Nothing.
I was in the military too. Big fucking deal.
It's not that she was in the military, it's the MOS.

The FSP has not been able to contact 2000 non-voting members, and the FSP had a policy that they would drop those  members. That has not happend.

It was not a policy.  It was something that was talked about.  However, as of now, it has not happened.

Do you mind if I quote Jason Sorens again?

A question: are all members required to vote? Perhaps some members still wish to be included but have no state preference, and so did not vote.

If so, they need to indicate an intentional abstention to avoid being removed from the list.

Why do so many people resign from the FSP BOD?

You have to ask all of those people.  I tell you what, do something productive.  Email all of those people and ask them.  Then, post their answers here.  Thanks.
It was a rhetorical question. See the email I posted from Mary Lou Seymour.

Why does everyone give excuses for all this? Are they really all sheep like they claim they're not?

> I don't have any proof that Jason Sorens is a skull and bones member.

He has never denied being one when asked.

Does it seem odd to any FSP member that it's founder won't even move to NH? WTF?
Dr. Sorens went to grad. school at Yale and got a PHD. Then he got a gig working at Yale for a little while. Maybe moving to NY and working at a state school is some kind of boner punishment.

Also, the FSP is not a 501 c3.

Yea, when they couldn't get that they decided to go for 501(c)4 status.

Did the FSP ever get 501(c)4 status?

This is the BOD meeting minutes when they changed the Articles of Incorporation and bylaws to attempt to get 501(c)4 status.

And, getting back on topic, the BOD also adopted a new Participant removal option that would allow them to get rid of Larry, but they said they removed him much earlier. Amanda claimed he was kicked out on June 19, 2004, but the FSP didn't change the Articles of Incorporation or bylaws untill July 11th, 2004.

George Reich moved that we adopt the following policy and procedure for removing participants:
Participants may be removed for promoting violence, racial hatred, or bigotry. Participants who are deemed detrimental the accomplishment of the Free State Project's goals may also be removed. A committee consisting of all of the board members plus the President and Vice President shall consider all cases of participant removal. Participants shall be removed only upon an affirmative vote of five members of this committee.

Jason Sorens moved to close discussion.

Call in.
I was thinking....

I would be kind of fun to organize 5-10 people to call in, and take control of the an entire show. I would have to have get chicks to take advantage of the 'girls go to the front of the line' policy, in case Johnson tries to call in, and get the show off topic. It would be funny if every call was coming from Grafton, NH.

It may be Ian's show, but "you are in control".

It would have to be on a Sat., as that is the only day Grafton, NH gets the show on the radio.
