yeah the scale is clearly flawed

i think it was more for fun / an idea

You are welcome to fix it up by all means. I would be interested to see an alternate scale.

I simply used 3 minutes to cobble together a rough scale of what level of use a person could get out of a government.

This is tough. I want to say 2, but my wife's company does some consulting for the government. Plus I sometimes take the Amtrak on trips down the coast. I'm going to rate myself about a 4.5 to 5.

What you need is one of those questionairres in which you rate 1-5 on each question then count up and rate each number.
