FTL Money Stamping
« on: December 25, 2005, 06:30:57 PM »

If you're willing to spend a little money and time to effectively promote FTL, consider money stamping.

Order a custom stamp from an ebay dealer or an office store.  Make sure the font is well spaced so it will be legible with some slight bleeding.  Mine says:

Pro Liberty Talk Radio
www.freetalklive.com

I stamp every bill that passes through my hands.

Use the government's own system against them!  So long as you don't obscure the serial number, it's not defacing currency.   8)

How about a stamp that says, "Why is this bill worthless? www.freetalklive.com"

That would be more like www.libertydollar.org -- plus, it might make people suspicious that it's counterfeit.

You mean counterfeit like "not printed by the US Government"?

Dude FRNs are counterfeit anyway. If they start being paranoid about it, perhaps it would catch on that ALL of them are? I unfortunately have never really been that in tune w/ the zombie main stream, so I'd probably not be the best person to answer that question, unfortunately.

Dude FRNs are counterfeit anyway.

You and I may recognize them as illegitimate, but the majority of people recognize them as legitimate.  They're Federal Reserve Notes, and they're not claiming to be anything but Federal Reserve Notes -- therefore, not counterfeit.

What I mean is, if you stamp something that says "this bill is worthless" on what would otherwise generally be regarded as a valid bill with a given value, that's going to raise the eyebrows of a few clerks.  Definitely not a good thing if, say, you just pumped gas into your car and you only have that twenty in your wallet -- especially if you're not even the one who stamped the damned thing, but you just got it as change somewhere else.

If I get a stamper, it's going to say:

"WAKE UP!
Open your ears
Open your eyes
Free Talk Live!
freetalklive.com"

This is assuming that I can get it to say all that. Otherwise it will be some kind of less creative, shorter rendition of the above.

  The Free Talk Live drinking game.  That would rock something fierce.  What's the most pro-liberty alcoholic beverage out there?  Sam Adams beer?

Prison Hooch, made from any rotten fruit that can be hidden long enough to produce alcohol.  But since this isn't commercially available.

Mad Dog 20/20 a brand of fortified wine, beloved by wino’s and those keen on regurgitation.  Please would you hold this bottle of MD 20/20 for me while I am violently and repeatedly sick.  Reminds me of how I feel about neo-cons and most if not all politicians in general.   How can you bitch about getting wasted for less than $3?
I have even consumed the short lived Watermelon version of this product.

I've come up with one for that:
