The most unethical thing I've done, with regards to military service, has been to accept pay drawn from taxation and/or borrowing.

There are good reasons Paul could use 'we' when referring to the military. One: military personnel are part of the same organizaiton that he is and; Two: In the context of the world, we're all seen as Americans. For example, if I work for a company, I'm going to use 'we' and 'us' any time I refer to my organization (I am a rep that of that org) when talking to or in the context of outside firms or customers. Now, within that organization I might refer to 'those guys' in marketing or 'them assholes' in sales. Now, feel free to disassociate yourself with organization and refer to every American as those guys or them assholes, but Paul is a willing part of it and can say 'we' all he wants.

Simply because he's generally talking to huge statist audiences.. And it's time "we" took responsibility for letting government do stupid shit constantly.

It seems like he would be viewed as more divisive if he suddenly started using the words "they" and "you" more often.
Though I admit I like the way Rand Paul does it..
