Isn't that the point? Or, am I missing something?

When I am on the state legislature, I will get all marijuana laws repealed.

Of course, there's always jury nullification...

So, can someone point me to an example where it has worked? Anyone?

You need lots of freedom activists in a small area for it to work.  That has never happened before.

They are not extremely harsh when compared to the rest of the nation.  BTW, ME shares a long border with NH and has the best pot laws in the lower 48.  In the short term, you have nothing to worry about it you smoke weed in Maine.  In the long term, we need to get Maine pot laws in NH and then improve on them.

There is a weed-smoking civil disobedience expected to occur in NH sometime in 2006.

NH also has the highest percentage of its population that admits to smoking weed, moreso than all other states.

What's your source for this? Can you post an URL?

This has been know for sometime.  It is qualified by "in the last 30 days" though.  Also, AK is known for having the most total illegal drug users, but that is not exactly correct as small amounts of pot are legal in AK.

highest teen use

I saw teens getting wasted all over the place in NH last year.  Of course, weed is also very common in the state and I saw that too.
