So, I moved out of state about 2-ish months ago. My birthday is coming up soon and I received the following in the mail:

Well, the guy did take the time to send a personalized birthday card to the man.

The least he could do is return the favor. Its just the right thing to do.

That's Oklahoma's logo or whatever they call it. And no, QM, I'm not replying with that picture...

Also, on the front of the card, there is a disclaimer: "State funds not used to mail this."

Not strictly true.
He probably didn't pay from any State account, nor any other account, but he gets to send all the mail he wants "for free" 'cause he's a Legislator. State employees still sorted it, put it into a truck, walked it to your mailbox...
