We've been over this a million times...

The word "state" in the title of the "Free State Project" refers to an existing well-understood boundary that identifies the destination of the libertarian political migration.  It's not an island, it's not a place between two mountains, it's not a city, it's not a tri-state area, it's a "state" - New Hampshire.  If you move a few miles too far away then you're in Maine or Vermont, etc, and are thus outside of the scope of this project.

Use of that word doesn't imply that the current New Hampshire government is free or that it can be made free, just that of the 50 so-called polygons on the map where you can move to without getting a visa, New Hampshire is the ideal target.
