I am pale as a ghost, and always will be....unless I burn.  Makes a great excuse for not tanning.

The funny thing is, when I was in boot camp, they tired to tell me I HAD to wear sunscreen. I swear I wanted to to go off, but I just didn't put any on.

I was thinking "I've had this skin all my life, and even in Africa the sun didn't burn me, and there, the sun is like 2 feet from your face."

I also laugh when I see black people who do wear sunscreen. That's like wearing sunglasses on your your sunglasses.

It's funny though, because when I was younger and we vacationed in Florida before we moved here - I was SO tan.  Looking at the kid pictures is crazy now.
