Hi, everyone.
I'm gonna leave Russia next year. I can't live here anymore.
Why? I think the answer is here - http://russiaoffline.org
But I'm still not sure.
I've never being in the United States before.
Can anyone compare USA with Russia?
The USA is huge and differs greatly in culture and lifestyle from place to place. New Hampshire is where the liberty people are generally gathering at the moment, that would probably be your best bet if freedom is important to you.
I would look at some of the former Soviet block, if I were you. I think some governments in Eastern Europe are positive towards free markets.
The USA in general is not on a positive path, it is more and more a police state every day.
In my experience Russians and Americans are very similar in temperament and tend to be on the same page in a room full of Europeans, I believe do to the Parallel histories and being military equals for so long.
If you do look into visiting the USA keep in mind that like Russia, there is a big difference between rural and urban, many make the mistake of switching these if they move from one country to another.
