I would assume most if not all of the people on the BBS support jury nullification. What if the man who killed the doctor is not found guilty because one of the jurors does not feel that what he did was a crime? If one believes that a fetus is a person, doesn't it follow that a person is justified in stopping an abortion just as much as us "normal" people would be justified in stopping someone from killing a 5 year old.
I consider the anti-Christianity posts to be illogical as well as cheap shots. Even if the killer was motivated by his religion, it doesn't mean that all Christians feel the same. It is also possible for someone to be a pro-life atheist and to commit the same crime out of huminatarianism.
For the record, I'm with Harry Browne. Until medical science can prove otherwise, I feel that a fetus is a life at the time of conception. But a war on abortion would result in men having abortions. I'm against abortion except in the cases of the life of the mother. That would be self-defense. But I am also against people killing abortion doctors.
