DNC Disruption 2008

Some Anarchist group is threatening the DNC that they will protest the hell out of their convention if they don't get paid 50 million dollars.  Heh.

Not big at all. I love how these people call themselves "anarchists". Hilarity...

I love how they think Denver's gonna cave in...

Those guys have the right idea.  I'd definitely stop my tax resistance efforts for $50,000,000 ($116,000,000 before taxes).

Seriously, protest the DNC - good.  Anti-capitalism - bad.

Your accusation doesn't apply.  There are many other shares and colors, but theft (i.e. anti-capitalism) is pretty much always bad.  Give one example to the contrary?

I like how you word 'anti-capitalism' to mean 'theft'.

Choosing not to participate in capitalism (i.e. pauperism) is different, but what possible definition of anti-capitalism wouldn't involve infringement on other people's property?

As long as they're for free markets, I'll listen to what they have to say.

Hey, Simulacrum, are you going to make a point or is this a hit'n'run job?
