Sorry, your fail fails. The libertarian idea is not to initiate force. Defending against initiated force is encouraged. Who said I was joking? It sounds as these two men are members of the military so it really is no big deal to bash their heads in once they initiate force, IMO.
This argument completely ignores time, degree, and distance.
What you're saying is basically that if someone takes or damages your property but isn't a threat your person, it's okay to attack
their person after the fact if at some point you think they attacked someone
else or can be expected to do so.
I realize how traumatic it can be to have someone kill your pet, and Lance has my utmost sympathy, but....this kind of thinking is fucked in the head.
