Title: Criminal Trial – 6th Amendment Denied

CRIMINAL charges for accidentally shooting deer.  Denied counsel & jury trial. 

Any help appreciated!

ps- i reported the mistake myself. they took the deer and my hunting tag... what more do they want? i could have a criminal record for life!

That sux. Ever seen the bumper sticker w/ Hitler, Moussolini, and Stalin that says "Those in favor of gun control raise your right hand"? They kick ass. I dont know where to get them, but I remember seeing something on Alex Jone's stupid website one time.

Your first mistake was reporting this.  If you are in the wilderness with no one around, REPORT NOTHING.  Drag the deer to the bushes and move to another area.  It was only a doe and mule deer are so god dammed stupid you did the world a favor by shooting it. 

From what it looks, this is a misdomenor.  Nothing to get too upset about.  Your lucky they didn't take your rifle.  You would never see it again, no matter how the case worked its way out.
