Even up here in the wilds of Canuckistan we have cops that like to lay a beating on people. Not only does the asshat in this video kick one person, he seems unfulfilled in the "your my bitch," department so he decides to go lay into a second victim. I'll make sure not to visit Victoria, BC anytime soon. Papers nationwide have picked up this story. His boss said "You can see his actions are deliberate and seem to be well thought out," well, no shit, lets suspend him with pay.
