Oh...I got my property tax bill in the mail today.  There's stern warning in there that all dogs and cats need to be licensed.  It got me wondering...why would a cat need to be licensed?  I'd question the city but then they'd ask if my dogs are licensed, which they're not and haven't been for 4 years.

Obviously it's not enforced unless someone rats you out.  If someone ever does, I plan to push it until they threaten to take my dogs away, then they have their $20.  I might wipe my ass with the check before I hand it over though.
