I am listening tonight.  Wasn't it a Supreme Justice of the court from New Hampshire who voted for the government power to take your home for private purposes?  Souter?

Souter was part of the majority in Kelo v. New London (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kelo_v._City_of_New_London), as well as Stevens, Kennedy, Ginsburg, and Breyer.

I don't know what they're saying on the show, but why does it matter where the SCOTUS justices are from?
