The guy who bitched and moaned about being on hold?  I agree he was pretty out of line, but Ian, your response to him was vicious and IMHO uncalled for.  Keep treating your listeners like that and you'll find the ones who support you will quickly fall away.  After all, isn't that what the show is all about, the callers?

Yeah, callers who actually have something to say.  Once he repeated himself for the third time, he was done.
