Do statists prefer warm weather?  
Are there libertarians, voluntarists, minarchists, etc. that prefer warm weather?
Are there any statists that prefer cold weather?
Would a minarchist be considered a statist?
Whom determines who is and is not a statist?
How does one know they are a libertarian with libertarian ideas?

I don't think so. Well that is in my view. But I think they are not only present in warm weather states, they can also be in cold weather states. Don't be biased!
