Do you hold a degree?
Do you want a degree but have been unable to earn one for some reason?
Is education the way out of poverty?
Is a degree important?
Do you respect college graduates more or less than people without a degree?
Who can and can not afford education?
Do you want affordable options so everyone can afford education?
Are some educated people unemployed or underemployed?
Are current prices for education fair and acceptable?
Do you wish there were more options for a formal education (flexibility on required courses, reduced rates, credits for work experience, etc.)?
Are there any problems or concerns with the current system?
Are text books prices acceptable?
What solutions, if any, are needed?

I worked my way through college while holding a full time job and paying my own rent with no college loans.  Yeah it's affordable.

I did the same. I also paid for my wife's education as an RN.

The best thing to do if you seek a degree is to get something that WILL land you a job. My wife was hired before she even left school. And, there were hospitals willing to help pay for her school.
