Does anyone else suspect that kate's (the newest shriner) validation is photoshopped?
The top right corner of the paper seems to be perfectly 90o and the lighting on the top and right don't look quite right.
I may be an ass, but just wondering if anyone agrees.

I agree, that sign looks fishy.

What's that black line on the left side of the sign?

Shadow, it's all down the left side.
Ah. My case just fell apart. Damn you. Get drunk again.

Maybe it's cardstock.  It might be 90* (paper comes that way) but it's not horizontal or perfectly flat.    The paper is dented outward where she's holding it because her thumb is pressing against it from behind as she grasps it.

Don't matter to me either way. Theres a listing of "Chris and Kate" as Gold AMPers from NH.  This Kate is a validated AMPer.  I'm assuming they are the same.  It seems a stretch to hoax an AMP shriner, it obviously costs money and a CC transaction to pull that off.  Again, not that I care.

I thought the sign looked fishy too, but I guess we're all wrong.

The newest shriner Kate is me  Very Happy

Yes, I know Mark, yes I am an AMPer and yes, I am married.

I made the sign by scribbling with a sharpie on card stalk -- I am quite real -- as is the picture -- which was taken against a corner in my daughter's room while I was standing on a piece of furniture -- you can see the ceiling and all.

I am enjoying the discussion about my realness, or lack there of though, so keep it up. I thought it would be the blue wall that would cause some contiversy b/c of the crazy color.  I never guessed it would be my sign. Just wanted to make sure it was readable -- hense the thick scribble and card stalk.

But -- I am a glad to be a figment of your imagination if you prefer.  Laughing
