I still don't think it's worthy to shithead him based on that stuff.  This smells like a witch hunt.  Cycling accounts isn't really bothering anyone.  Just another showing of over-moderation.  We only protect the trolls we like.  If they're not liked. . . then nothing.

Well, it's annoying to the users that had him on ignore.  I'm not one of them, but people put others on ignore for a reason.  Like it's already been said - he's just acting like general douchebag.  There are a few other people who have been shitheaded due to general asshattery.  LCPLIC, and John Hansen are two that come to mind off the top of my head - and nobody really griped about the fact that they had been placed in the shithead usergroup "unfairly". 

As for the ignore thing...he's not the only one that cycles accounts to get rid of the list of people ignoring him and really...just for shits and giggles probably.  But if I started shitheadding everyone who did that - we'd have another color pencil vagina debacle, or something of the proportions of Gene posting pictures of mutilated, murdered children on our hands.  And we just really don't need that. 

It's funny to me that you use the phrase "over moderation" about this place though.  I'm curious to know what you think needs to be let up on.  There could be stuff going on that I don't know about because I don't spend the majority of my time at home, and when I view the site over mobile I don't have any admin controls and whatnot.
