The video is split into 2  archives. To open the archive you need a propgram like 7-zip or WinRAR and you need to download both of the split archive files to complete the archive.

Alright, did you get the video file to extract from both of the archives? Inside those 2 archives there should be a file called, "BUSTED - The Citizen's Guide to Surviving Police Encounters.avi" you need to extract it out of there.

Or are you having an issue playing the actual .avi file? If that's the issue then all you need to do is just install some video codecs. Here is a huge codec pack that I've been using on my computer. http://i2.edskes.com/klmcodec138.exe
