According to a Porc 411 Ian was arrested for something like contempt of court and was taken to a small room where the public was not allowed to view the trial.

According to Porc 411, it was for contempt of court for refusal to stand before they ushered him off to a closed room for a "trial". They put up a video camera, it seems, so it would still be "public". Meh.

But then again... if they're willing to go as far as they're willing over such a petty thing they're even worse than Ian.

Unfortunately though I can already see the reactions of a lot of outsiders. They'll probably think Ian is a nutjob. They wont defend the state, but they wont really defend Ian either. Instead I expect them to just shrug the whole thing off as nothing but trivial craziness..

And then I wonder.. what's the point?
