I sure hope no one goes in that court with Daisy Duke shorts or biker shorts.  That may give this stick in the mud judge a heart attack.

It's a uniform distinguishing the judge from others in the room. Baseball players where uniforms too.

Baseball players dont wear dresses. Also, baseball players dont jail you if you wear something they dont like. Its just not a nice thing to do to someone.

BTW I listened to the episode where Mark and Stephanie talked about this story and they were wondering why the guy was in court.  In another article it said the guy was there just supporting his girlfriend who was on trial for something.

Also if you watch the video the guy's pants are barley sagging.  You can't see his underwear at all.
