Did they make you turn your head and cough? 

They arrested you because it was the vice president.  They always do stuff like this for an event with the president or vice president.  They arrest anyone who looks like they might cause trouble.  Hold them for a while then release them.

No, Ridley did not do anything to warrant arrest, but he sure as hell seems like an insane nutter to me.  I always thought he was and this video confirms it.

To reiterate, NO I DO NOT THINK HE DESERVED TO BE ARRESTED.  But yeah he's fucking crazy.

If I had reacted quietly to the arrest would the video even be interesting?  We have a duty to draw attention to liberty issues, and have to do it without broadcast towers of our own.   That requires some color....if only to get folks like you talking.

Yes. The needlessly thuggish behavior of the cops ensured it was an interesting video.
Also, viewers would have identified more with you without those few seconds of yelling.
