The government of The United States of America's government is legally defined in the constitution. The present government of the US no longer follows the constitution. As defined by the constitution of the USA. The US is now run by criminals! I do not know a good name for the new government we have, but it is not the government of “The United States of America” by definition.

Well Kokesh got arrested by the Feds for smoking pot.  Smart money is he won't get out in time for the march.  Feds will try to kill 2 birds with 1 arrest and detention.  Either that or non participation in the march will be a bail condition.
