After seeing the pictures and description of this event (click on "Back to event" if you followed the above url) I brainstormed and came up with a sex business idea that is probably illegal in most locales save Nevada brothels and Amsterdam, but shouldn't be (even more so than traditional prostitution).
Picture a venue similar to a strip club but instead of getting naked, the dancers/models wear tight jeans. The customer then gets to use their hands to paint the jeans. If the remote chance of disease is an issue (it shouldn't be) then have the customer wear exam gloves. They protect millions of doctors and patients from disease every day in situations involving far more intimate contact. Better yet, she could wear a whole-body leotard. For an extra fee, the customer could take the tard (leo, not re) home with him or her.
Turning this model (business, not human) on its head, the customer could don an outfit and be painted by the performer. The performer could be nude except for the gloves (assuming gloves were necessary.) or at least topless.
The paint could be the kind they sell at Adam & Eve (no longer a sponsor? if they are, someone please send me an url pointing to the following page but with FTL's associate code - or post a reply with the link)

Of course, this is the detail that would keep it from being legal. It isn't about protecting people from disease -- it's about protecting them from sexual pleasure that doesn't involve one man on top of one woman for procreation purposes only.
