I recently read about the BEARCAT issue and it causes some concern. To me this is an out right threat against the activists of Keene. They're using your own tax money to buy a piece of militaristic equipment that will be used against you. I would take this as the initiation of force and feel that activists should get together and act accordingly. Since it is technically your property, activists should commandeer this piece of equipment and dispose of it accordingly. Of course, this will take dedicated martyrs, but the time is soon approaching where some of us will have to step up to the plate and raise the bar.
