Dashcams made a necessity by insurance companies!

That's in Russia! It seems that in some parts of Russia the traffic is so bad that there are a lot of car accidents. So much so that the insurance companies have made it impossible to get paid for damages unless you can prove you aren't at fault. So the answer is the dashcam! If any of you have seen all those videos of the meteorite that hit in Russia and wondered how come there were so many of them, that's why. Everyone has a dashcam in their car! Awesome.
