I absolutely loved Greek Mythology in school--all those stories about monsters and gods turning into animals or showers of gold coins to seduce humans and what-not. I guess it appealed to that part of me that would later turn me into a D&D nerd.

I remembered being enamored with the Greek Gods when I was younger myself.  Wrote my own version of the story of Demeter and Persephone for a school project - even illustrated it myself. 

Then I grew up and went Norse.  Wink
